Occupational Therapy

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapists use daily activities or "occupations" therapeutically to help people who are suffering from illness, injury, pain, or disability across the lifespan regain what function they have lost. They help people recover, improve, maintain, develop, and restore the skills needed for daily living and working.

For example, we can help people cook, write, crochet, clean and much more with less pain and difficulty. Going through this process with us will also help decrease risk for injury, deformity, and help regain your independence.
